Michael Beers

Founding Member, CoO

With a foundation forged in the crucible of sports excellence, Mike has become a seasoned professional with a multifaceted background. As a multi-year champion in high school and ranked top 15 basketball players in the state of New Jersey, Mike earned a Division 1 athletic scholarship for basketball, where he graduated in 2007 with a bachelor’s degree in marketing and management.

Beyond the court, his journey has taken him to coaching and training on various levels, both nationally and internationally. This diverse experience has not only honed his leadership skills but has also allowed him to impart knowledge and passion for sports to aspiring athletes around the world.

In the professional arena, Mike has just under 20 years of sales and marketing expertise. Specializing in social media marketing and community-based support, he has successfully navigated the dynamic landscape of digital engagement and has helped various industries generate over $200 million in revenue. His strategic approach to marketing has yielded tangible results, drove brand awareness, and fostered meaningful connections within communities for local and global brands.

Crystal is a seasoned professional with a proven track record in operations and strategic leadership. With a wealth of experience, she has consistently driven company growth, improved operational efficiency, and enhanced customer experiences throughout her career. With her comprehensive skill set and proven leadership abilities, she continues to be a driving force in optimizing operations, fostering growth, and delivering exceptional results.

Joe Calderone

President of Entertainment & Broadcasting

Joe Calderone has worked in Broadcasting for 16 years. His career covered three states (NY, NH, VT). He has won a number of awards and was honored by several publications. He won the “Hunter Low Media Award” in 2010 for his dedication to the coverage of High School Football in NYS. He’s also won two NYS Associated Press awards for his sports reporting and a 2010 “Telly” award given out annually to “honor the very best local, regional, and cable TV commercials and programs.
